Q1. How do I make an order?

Add items to your shopping carts by clicking the SIZE and COLOUR option, click the QUANTITY and click button ADD TO CART and items choosen will be in your shopping carts. Check your list items by clicking VIEW CART and proceed your payment by clicking CHECKOUT.

Please fill in your name, address, contact details and order notes (if you have).This will lead you to confirm your shipping details.Once the delivery address is confirmed, click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING.

Important Note: Please confirm your delivery address before proceeding with payment. Address changes after order complete is not guaranteed.

On the Billing Details page (as shown below), you will see the “Have a coupon?”. Insert the code into the column and click “APPLY“. The total amount will automatically be deducted and you can proceed with payment.

Click Place Order. You may choose your preferred payment method here.

If you have chosen Credit or Debit Card as your preferred payment method, click Pay Credit or Debit Card and fill in the necessary details and click Pay Credit Card to proceed.

You will be proceed to Adillah Consulting online payment. You may choose your payment options by clicking Payment Options. Please fill up your necessary details. Click Pay Online.

If you have chosen Online Banking method, click your preferred bank. Click PAY FPX and you will be proceed to preferred bank payment link. There will be a “pop-up” page for you to sign in to your bank account.

Important Note: Please ensure that you have disabled the “pop up blocker”. The bank payment page will “pop up” for payments to be made.

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from toyyibpay.com and motherchild.com.my

Q3: What should I do when I selected a wrong item/size?

Drop us an email or contact us. Exchanges can be done if the parcel has not left our warehouse. Kindly indicate the new size/color you’d like to exchange. If you’d like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credit and you may place a new order for the item.
