Delivery will be made using:

• Gdex (for Peninsula Malaysia, Sarawak, Sabah and Singapore deliveries)

 

DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking No. will be emailed to you within 1-2 working day once the payment has been received and your parcel has been shipped.

We usually ship within 1-3 working days after confirmation of payment.

It may take up to 12-24 hours before your tracking code appears on Gdex tracking system.

DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS

We ship throughout Malaysia

Shipping costs:

• Peninsular Malaysia = RM6.00 upwards
• Sabah & Sarawak = RM14.00 upwards

Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 3-5 business days for Peninsula Malaysia and may take up to 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.

Postage using Gdex is made every day except for Sunday.

International shipping fee is based on Gdex postage fees.
